This module is focused on getting all of your people involved in the practice of recognizing who the most valuable people are in your company. An Employee of the Month recognition program is an effective employee engagement tool and makes a great extension of the Maid Money motivation program (module available separately) when recognition is tied to company goals. In addition, guiding your staff in designing and implementing the program is a good step toward practicing and improving owner/management delegation and accountability skills (module available separately).
